To ensure a quick resolution, please submit your refund request through Digistore24 using one of the following options:

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Refunds are available within 60 days of purchase — no questions asked.
  • As this is a digital product, once a refund is issued, your access to the members area will be revoked.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error are eligible for a full refund.

  • Chargebacks: Please request a refund through Digistore24 first; chargebacks can slow down resolution.
